TRAINING PASTORS AND ELDERS IN THE LOCAL CHURCH CONTEXT

New Geneva Academy works in partnership with the local church to forge bold, loving shepherds, blending pastor-led teaching and hands-on mentoring to equip men to provide pastoral care marked by its discernment, grit, kindness, and Biblical integrity.

Without leaving the context of their home church, our students can earn their degrees in as little as three years. By means of distance education, local mentoring, and tailored in-person training, NGA is training the next generation of pastors and elders for historically reformed churches.

NGA also offers partnerships with local churches seeking to train their current officers for the shepherding work of ministry.

Spend some time on our website to learn more about our program, or give us a call to speak with us about training the men of your church for ministry.
