Rev. David Abu-SaraDavid Abu-Sara helped plant Clearnote Church, Indianapolis, in 2010 and serves as its senior pastor. Dave is a graduate of New Geneva Academy. He and his wife, Vanessa, have ten children.

Rev. Jody KillingsworthJody Killingsworth has served at Trinity Reformed Church in Bloomington, IN, since 2007. In 2022, he was installed as its senior pastor. He is a graduate of New Geneva Academy. Jody is married to Jenna, and they have eight children.

Mr. Tom ThistletonTom Thistleton is NGA's Chairman of the Board. He has served as an elder at Christ Church in Cincinnati, OH since 2021. He also works as a business executive and is currently the CEO of a specialty food production company based in Cleveland. He and his wife Linda have ten children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren.

Rev. Jeremy Vander GalienJeremy Vander Galien is the senior pastor of Pine Grove Community Church in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, where he has served since 2015. He and his wife Mandi have eight children and four grandchildren. Jeremy is the co-founder of a local Christian school, Armis Dei Academy.
